Site Development Review and detailed Planned Development Review of a 364
unit apartment complex on a 27.2 acre property. ZONE: R-12 (PD)
(Residential, 12 units/acre Planned Development) and R-25 (PD) (Residential
25 units/acre Planned Development) . LOCATION: SW 109th Avenue and SW
Naeve Street (WCTM 2S1 LOAD, tax lot 9300, 2S1 10AC, tax lots 600, 700,
800, 900, and 2S1 10DB, tax lots 100 & 200) .

Minutes NPO #3 meeting of April 4, 1990
1 . Meeting called to order at 7: 05 p. m.
2. Present: Porter, Bishop, Froude, Mortensen, Smith.,
Excused: Hansen, Klingele. Also present was applicant
for membership: Root.
3. Minutes of last meeting approved.
4. Liz Newton gave an update on the N. E. Bull Mtn.
Transportation Study. She agreed to continue to keep the .
NPO informed on the matter.
5. Sub90-O005 Burton. Planned Development of 97 acres
located north of Bull Mtn. Road between 135 St. and 139 St.
Motion: Recommend strongly that road from the development be
alligned with 139 St. to the south of Bull Mtn. Road.
Approved unanimously.
6. Presentation by Sylvia Clark, developer, of devlopment
near Scholls Ferry and Murray Boulevard. City planning
department has changed right of way for road to 60 feet from
90 feet.
7. Other business: Motion: Recommend that City Council
change manufactured home ordinance relating to infills to
require a 4-12 pitch, since the new state law allows local
governments to impose architectural requirements for
manufactured homes on single residential lots. Approved
unanimously.
Report of filling of greenway illegally on 118th Court.
Motion: NPO in favor of enforcing the law as written.
Approved unanimouslly.
