Box 1012 Tualatin, OR 97062 Re: Sign Code Exception SCE 90-0003 Tigard Retail Center Mr. Boswell, The City of Tigard is requesting that a narrative be provided as part of the application packet for the Sign Code Exception which Martin Brothers Signs has applied for on behalf of the Tigard Retail Center. -As we had discussed on June 25, July 2 and July 3, this narrative was to be submitted by 12:00 noon on Thursday, July 5th in order that this application could be heard at the July 24th Planning commission meeting. As of the morning of July 9th, the City has received no such narrative. Consequently, the hearing date of SCE 90-0003 has been moved to the August 7th Planning Commission. It is suggested that the requested narrative be submitted as soon as possible.
