NPO #7 Special Meeting
November 1, 1991

1. Discussion took place on the Albertson's proposal. It was determined to make a
presentation for NPO #7 and give a handout of this presentation to the Planning
Commission on November 4, 1991 of findings in this meeting.
Motion by: Katy Dorsett. To submit to the Planning Commission the outline drawn
up by NPO #7 at this meeting.
Seconded: Ed Howden. In favor: 4 Against: 0

Call to Order: 7:00 pm
Roll Call--Present: Blanchard, Howden, Dorsett, Gross, McGlinchy, Cunningham,

1. Minutes of October 2, 1991 meeting approved as written.
2. Presentation on property taxes.
3. Bev Froude - Western By-Pass Study update.
4. Presentation on Metro Greenspaces by Pat Lee. They have a meeting on
November 22, 1991 and he will send us a copy of a map with findings in our area.
5. Olson Development Company, John G. Laubke, Owner.
Motion by: Lee Cunningham to accept the application as it is.
Seconded by: Ed Howden. Approved: 7 Against: 0
6. Shrauger Annexation. This area is in NPO #3's area. It was given to them. They
just want our comments. NPO #7 notes that it would seem it should come in as
R7.
Motion by: Bill Gross
Seconded by: Cal Woolery. Motion to approve annexation and we would note for
staff's consideration that the property should come in as R7.
