This survey was performed to monument a lot line adjustment
between Lots 96 and 97. A construction staking error resulted in 0 Found 5/8" x 30" Iron Rebar
the driveway curb cut for Lot 96, an electrical power transformer with Yellow Plastic Cap
on the lot line and the water meters and electrical services for Marked "RYDELL PLS 1437"
Lots 96 and 97 being located at the new lot line monumented by Set Flush with the Surface
this survev. Due to .the sizes. of the existing lots, it was
decided by the developer that -a lot line adjustment would be o Set 5/8" x 30Iron Rebar
acceptable. Legal descriptions of the revised lots were provided with Yellow Plastic Cap
to the developer for recording purposes. Marked "RYDELL PLS 1437"
Basis of bearings is a calculated bearing of North 45' 50'. 34" ( ) Bearing/Distance as per Plat
West 147.11 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 97 (instrument) of "VILLAGE AT SUMMER LAKE
and the Southwest corner of Lot 96 (backsight). The angle and PARK NO. 3" and as Measure
distance to the Southeast. corner of Lot 96 was also checked.
Measured distances checked within 0.06' feet of plat and1B Curve Data
calulated data, and these differences were ignored as they are
within typical survey accuracies_
