Uice-chair Dorsett welcomed Ironwood Loop residents as guests to our
meeting.
HOP 92-0189: SRFE AND SOUND MRSSRGE
Members considered the notice of decision on HOP 92-0184. Members con-
sidered whether to appeal the approval of this home occupation permit
for massage services in a single-family dwelling on Ironwood Loop in
the vicinity of Scholls Ferry and Springwood Drive.
Members considered testimony from:
Lloyd Sell, applicant, including personal resume, classes and
class hours taken for a massage technician license as required by
Oregon law, final exam schedule for his license and a promise not
use any signage; and
Ironwood Loop residents, including concerns about on-street park-
ing, traffic, massage services and signage.

Members discussed in detail:
Basis for any permit appeal now;
Basis for any permit revocation later; and
Applicant's promise not to use any signage.

Motion: Larry McGlinchy; to make no appeal of this home occupation per-
mit as there is no basis for appeal , but recommend that applicant work
with Ironwood Loop residents to resolve their concerns.
Second: Jim Blanchard; In Favor: 5; Rgainst: 0; Abstain: 0.
CPR 92-0007: MURRRY RD <GRRROE ST) EXTENSION
Our NPO convened with NPD 43 to consider the request for approval of
the final alignment, design and designation for the Murray Rd (Gaarde
St) extension. Members considered two proposals for alignment, design
and designation referred to as Report Option and HPO 43 Option.
Our members considered testimony from:
Randy Uooley, City Engineer;
Herman Porter, NPO #3 Chair; and
Residents in the vicinity of 'Bull Mtn and Gaarde and McDonald
streets.
Our members voted on five ballots:
Ballot 1 . Recommend approval of Report Option.
In Favor: 0.
Ballot 2. Recommend approval of HPO #3 Option.
In Favor: 0.
Ballot 3. Recommend 1 ) rejection of both options and 2) Request staff
to develop another option.
In Favor: S.
Ballot 4. IF NO OTHER OPTION IS POSSIBLE, recommend approval of Report
Option.
In Favor: 0.
Ballot S. IF NO OTHER OPTION IS POSSIBLE, recommend approval of NPO 43
Option.

to Portland soon.
Members will nominate and elect a new vice-chair at our next Meeting.
