Jeanne & Chuck,
We have created a permit to allow the reissuance of a Certificate of Occupancy(CO)you requested due to a change of
the occupant. The fee to issue the new CO is$90.00. This fee can be paid online. Here is the
link: : htt.rs://aca.accela.corn/titard/. From there, click on the Building tab, enter the permit number in the Record
Number field, and click Search. Next,you will see the Payments section. Click on the arrow on the right of Payments to
select Fees. You will then see a breakdown of the permit fees,and you can click on the Pay Fees link to complete the
transaction. Once you pay online, we receive automatic notification of your payment.
Once the fee is paid we will issue the CO and email it to you. No inspections are to be done under this permit and it will
be closed once the CO has been issued. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We
are closed on Fridays. Let me know if you have any questions regarding this.
