I have attached the invoice for the balance due on the sewer connection permit for the site address of 12070 SW Ann
St., regarding your file number 17-88300. I have also attached a copy of the receipt for the$6,000 check that was
routed to the City of Tigard for payment of the reimbursement district fees.
Per our phone conversation, we have placed the plumbing permit on hold for this property until the sewer connection
permit fees and reimbursement district fees have been paid in full.
