Dear Mr Goebel;
This is to inform you that the Tigard City Center Plan Steering
Committee has reviewed all the proposals submitted in response to its
RFP for a market study of the City Center Study Area. We regret to
inform you that your company has not been selected as a finalist.
We do however appreciate the time and effort you devoted to preparing
your proposal. The Committee was quite suprised by the number and
quality of submittals that it received. Narrowing the field to a few
finalists from among so many highly qualified firms was a difficult
task, to say the least.
Again, thank you for your interest. We hope that you will consider
offering your services again should the Committee or City solicit
proposals for any market-related work in the future.
Sincerely,
Duane Roberts
