Call to order at 7:01 p.m. 2. Roll Call - Members Present: Schweitz, Dusevoir, Etzel, Waterman and Newcomb Others Present: Randy Wooley and Liz Newton 3. Approved minutes of April 11, 1991 meeting. 4. Discussion of Colony Creek/Hall Blvd intersection. ODOT is against another access to Hall Blvd. Randy recommends further look at alternative projects and then make a decision. Colony Creek Homeowners Association will be notified. 5. Discussion of 79th Avenue street improvements. Reviewed several options with rough cost estimates. A recommendation was made to meet with NPO#5 to discuss options and get their input and recommendations. 6. Discussion of school crossing on Durham Road at 79th. The crossing guard suggests a time clock flasher at the crossing. Randy will get further information. 7. Other business: Hwy 99W at 69th Avenue project has gone to bid. The City of Tigard has reached a tentative agreement with the City of Beaverton and Washington County to extend Murray Blvd. This proposal will go to City Council on June 11, 1991. 8. FROM: Randv Woolev, City Eng:i_ne r SUBJECT: October meeting It is time again for the Committee to recommend to the City Council the priorities for funding of capital improvement. projects for the current fiscal vear . At the October meeting staff will be presenting information to help in that decision. Once again, the project needs far exceed the available funding. However , there is still the potential to fund some critical improvements for construction next summer . Selection of transportation project priorities is a major responsibility of the Committee .
