Memo to Committee Members:
Gordon Martin asked me for an opportunity to present information
concerning an alternative to the planned Dartmouth extension. The LID
concerning this extension is currently in litigation. % asked council
for the City whether there would be any problems with our hearing this
presentation under these circumstances. He indicated that there would
not be, although we should perhaps not make any recommendations at this
time.
I have also sent you a copy of the packet that Milt and J received
regarding the Citizens Advisory Committee to the Southwest Corridor
Study. Please read this and be prepared to discuss it at our meeting.
We would also like to prepare a strategy for us to follow in this
committee.
