cut on S.W. Pacific Highway.

property boundaries. This information is necessary to
determine adequacy of drainage plans and conformance _
With setback requirements.
. Additional trees along the eastern property boundary
would be desirable.
A site obscurring fence and heavy plantings along the
northerly property boundary may provide a better long
` term screening solution than retaining the existing
laurel hedge.
