the applicant to bring his proposed Site
Development Plan into conformance with the Tigard
Municipal Code.

plan dated May 28, 1974. The staff has reviewed
said revised plan and finds that said plan meets
all requirements of Title 18, Tigard Municipal

For property located at 9000 S.W. Durham Road.
Staff Findings
1° The applicant, Tigard School District ��23J,
proposes to construct a boiler room addition at Tigard
High School. The proposed addition is adjacent and
contiguous an existing boiler room and is located
in a maintenance shop area behind the existing school
building. The proposed structure will not be
visible from S.W. Durham Road, nor will a substantial
view of the proposed structure be possible from
S.W. 92nd Ave. The dimensions of the proposed
structure measure 20 feet by 36 Poet for a total
floor area of 720 square feet. The new structure
will require no additional off-street parking"
= 2. An unooreenod outdoor storage area currently exists
on the site Of the proposed structure.
3° The proposed boiler room addition is minor in
scope, having o. minimol impact on the entire site
and is a logical site for o boiler room; being
od '000nt on existing boiler facility.

Staff Recommendation
Approval of the applicant ' s submitted Site plan subject
to the GatiofaotibO of the following condition :
o That all. outside storage shall be removed from
the subject site or shall be screened from the
view of aIIpproona not authorized within the
maintenance shoo-boiler room vicinity. Said
