Re: Demolition of interior walls
Hi Chris,
We visited the site on 3-14-2017,to review the feasibility of removing few interior walls to
accommodate the new floor plan. We also reviewed the existing drawings. The building is a two
story wood framed structure constructed around 1990's and has construction practices of that era.
The walls in questions are on the second floor. The roof structure above is TJI trusses @32"oc
spanning from the perimeter walls to an interior bearing beam line as shown on attached SK-2.
The walls in questions are non-bearing and may be removed.
