In this case, the applicant now intends to simply modify an existing PDR/SDR,for which the 9K would suffice to go back through the PC Type III process. However, since we have begun the SDR, the city's refund policy limits the refund to a maximum of 80%. I have been authorized to refund 50%of the SDR fee.The fees cannot be transferred, so a new check for the PDR is required.
