Additional amenities would include a plaza area, parking garage, wellness rooms and a renovation to the existing skate park. Council is still deciding whether to present this to the public for a bond or to first go for an operating levy. The project would not be ready to go for at least another year after the bond. The presentation is on file in the PRAB folder. 6. Update on the Downtown Property Development Wayne Gross updated the PRAB on the Saxony property.
