easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining, inspecting and
repairing of public utlities and appurtenances, together with the right to remove,
as necessary, vegetation, foliage, trees and other obstructions on the following

IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title
or interest except those expressly stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent
Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided, however, that such use
shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its
successors or assigns should cause said easement to be vacated, the rights of the
Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately
revert to the Grantors, their successors and assigns in the case of such event.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A permanent storm drain easement being a 15.0 foot wide strip of
land being a portion of that tract of land described in Fee No.
80-1237, Washington County deed records, situated in the
Northeast 1/4, Section 10 , T.25., R.1W. , W.!4. , City of Tigard,
Washington County, Oregon, and lying 7.5 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
Beginnning at a point on the West line of said Fee No. 80-1237,
which point is North 134.11 feet of the Southwest corner thereof;
14 thence, South 80°37'45" East, 139.94 feet;
thence, South 2°48'43" East, 45.46 feet to a point on the
