A parcel of land situated in the southeast quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 35, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, W.M. ,
Washington County, Oregon. Said parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point of intersection of the westerly property line
of that parcel of land conveyed to Chester E. Klock et al recorded
in Book 877, Page 777, Washington County records and the northerly
Right of Way line of S .W. Greenburg Road as defined in City of
Tigard Ordinance No . 90-01 dated January 22, 1990; Thence Northerly
along said westerly property line to a point which is 33.00 feet
right and at right angles to engineer' s centerline station
