document is being conveyed by Saxony-Pacific LLC. Since this does not follow chain of title, one of the

Additional Comments: Our records show that when you recorded the dedication deed Saxony-
Pacific LLC no longer owned the property. They sold it in May 2001. We received a title report that

was dated February 21,2001. I assume using this old data is why the error has occurred. I am
sending all vesting documents on this property that have been recorded before June 30th,2002. We
will not be able to work the dedication until it comes from the correct owner. You may wish to
contact First American Title to confirm the vesting.
We will not be able to change title on your deed uniii we have this information. if you find this incorrect,
please contact First American Title to correct this or our department at the number below so we may
resolve the problem and limit any further confusion. Thank you.
