RECORDABLE NOTICE OF COVENANT
(Short Form) ' OF TIGARD
WHEREAS, the undersigned, hereinafter designated Petitioner,
and the CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON, hereinafter termed "City", have here-
tofore executed a certain sewer agreement
by the terms of which documentation Petitioner has agreed to perform
certain work or to assume certain obligations generally described as
1. The owner does consent to pay the sewer charge & monthly sewer
service charge as established by the Unified Sewerage Agency & the
City of Tigard;
2 The owner does hereby consent to annexation of the property to the
City of Tigard upon order approved by the Metropolitan Boundary
Commission ;
with respect to the following described real premises:
See Attached Exhibit "A"
NOW, THEREFORE, Petitioner and the City do hereby execute this
short form document in recordable form to be recorded in the Records
of Washington County, Oregon and thereby give all persons constructive
notice of Petitioner' s obligations to the City, and the City' s
interest in the above described lands.
Complete copies of the basic documents underlying the obligation
to the City may be inspected by application to the Recorder of the
City, City Hall, Tigard, Oregon.
