A strip of land in the Northeast one-quarter of Section 15,
Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, in the
City of,-Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, running across Lot 36,
WILLOWBROOK FARM, a duly recorded plat in said Washington County,
said strip of land more particularly described as follows :
Commencing at a point on the East line of said Lot 36 which bears
