Description of a parcel of land situated in the Northeast one-
quarter of Section 35, Township 1 South , Range 1 West , Willamette
Meridian , City of Tigard , County of Washington and State of
Oregon, 5.00 feet in width, for street right of way purposes,
being the East 5. 00 feet of Lots 1 , 10, 11 and 12, "Block 8,
"Town of Metzger" , a recorded plat; the East 5. 00 feet of vacated
S. W. Mapleleaf Street , 50 feet wide, (R/Q No. 78-232) ; the East
5. 00 feet of Lots 1 , 9, 10, 11 , and 12, Block 15, said "Town of
Metzger" ; and the East 5. 00 feet of a vacated, unnamed, dedicated
street , variable in width (R/O No. 81-73) all more particularly
described as follows:
