AGREEMENT
AUGUST 5, 1987
WHEREAS:
R.A. Gray and Linda D. Gray and B.C. Lamb and Zada Lamb (First Party) desire
RAINIER BANK OREGON, N.A. (Second Party) to convey that certain piece of property
described in Exhibit A attached, and shown in attached Exhibit B, to the City of
Tigard as Public Right of Way, in order to provide access from S.W. 92nd Avenue
to First Parties property.
NOW THEREFORE:
In consideration of second parties willingness to convey said property to
the City of Tigard, First Party agrees to pay to Second Party the sum of
$3,000.00. This sum to be paid upon execution of documentation provided by City
of Tigard.
If not fully consumated by September 5, 1987, this Agreement shall become null
and void unless extended and agreed to in writing by both parties.
