A parcel of land, situated in the Northeast one-quarter of Section 14,Township 2 South, Range 1
West,Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard,Washington County, Oregon described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 14, thence tracing the East line of said section
and the centerline of S.W. 85th Avenue, S.00°04'58"E., 495.05 feet; thence N.89°55'02"W., 25.00
feet to the point of intersection of the westerly right of way line of S.W. 85th Avenue and the most
northerly southerly line of that parcel of land as described in deed to the Tigard School District
recorded in Book 967, Page 1400 Washington County Deed Records and the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING of the herein described parcel; thence, from said point of beginning, S.89°58'48"W.,
