Clean Water Services, formerly known as Unified Sewerage Agency of Washington County, does hereby
dedicate to the public a perpetual right-of-way for street,road,and utility purposes on, over, across,under,
along,and within the following described real properties in Washington County, Oregon:

To have and to hold the above-described and dedicated rights unto the public forever for uses and purposes
hereinabove stated; however, in the event that the City of Tigard extends S.W. 85°1 Avenue, the City of
Tigard shall vacate the bulb section of the cul-de-sac as described on page 2 of Exhibit A, and it will revert
back to Clean Water Services' ownership.
The grantor hereby covenants that it is the owner in fee simple and the property is free of all liens and
