ADJACENT TO CROSSROADS COMMERCIAL_ DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard required installation of streets, sidewalks,
street lights, storm sewers, underground utilities and other public facilities
for the development of Pfaffle Street and SW 78th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City further required the payment of fees and the execution of a
Compliance Agreement which stipulated that:
"Upon receipt of certification by the Department of Public Works
that all requirements have been met and a One Year Maintenance Bond,

and maintenance
to the requir
for a period of one year. . . . ".; and
WHEREAS, said Certification has now been provided to the Council; and
WHEREAS, the required performance bee lforce
and effect
throughout the normally q inranceperiod of one year; and
WHEREAS, no public improvement deficiencies remain to be corrected.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
The City Council accepts the public improvements constructed within the
right-of-way of SW Pfaffle Street & 78th Avenue adjacent to Crossroads
Commercial Development.
