A parcel of land lying in the northeast quarter of Section 1, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of
the Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, being a portion of the tract
described in document number 97-121427 and document number 79-007106 of the Washington
County Deed Records, intending to be a 26' strip of land along the right-of-way frontage of said
tract and more particularly described as:
Beginning at an iron rod in a monument box on the centerline of S.W. 72' Avenue, said rod
marking street station 128+38.34; thence N01°00'36"W—289.48' along the said centerline to
