STREET DEDICATION
A parcel of land being a portion of that certain tract of land described in deed recorded as Fee No. 86-51674
and also being a portion of the George Richardson D.L.C. No. 55, situated entirely within the Southeast
Quarter(S.E. 1/4) of Section 36, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard,
Washington County, Oregon and being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northeast corner of that certain tract of land described in said deed, same being the
intersection of the south Right-of-Way line of S.W.Pacific Highway and the west Right-of-Way line of S.W.
72nd Avenue;
THENCE South 01°43'56"West along the east line of said tract and said west Right-of-Way line and parallel
to the centerline of said S.W. 72nd Avenue and separated from same by a distance of 20.00 feet, measured
at right angles, a distance of 566.60 feet;

OF BEGINNING and the southeast corner of this tract;
