A strip of land 5.00 feet in width for right of way purposes, be-
ing a part of that certain tract of land described in Book 991 ,
Page 481 , Washington County Deed Records, situated in the South-
east one-quarter of Section 1 , Township 2 South , Range 1 West of
the Willamette Meridian, Washington County, Oregon, being more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a 5/8" iron rod on the south line of said Section 1 ,
