KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that TRADEMARK HOMES, INC .
herinafter called grantor(s) , for the sum of $ Q1 grant and
dedicate to the Public a perpetual right-of-way for street, road and utility purposes
on, over, across, under, along and within the following described real property in
Washington County, Oregon:

being the true point of beginning of this description; thence East, along the
NorLij line of said Lot 4, a distance of 10 feet to a point therein; thence South,
parallel with the East right-of-way boundary line of said 72nd Avenue, a distance
of 342.48 feet to a point of intersection with the North right-of-way boundary
line of 50-foot wide S.W. Sandburg Street; thence West, along the North line of
said Sandburg Street, a distance of 10 feet to a point of intersection with the
East right-of-way boundary line of said 72nd Avenue; thence North, along the East
right-of-way boundary line of said 72nd Avenue, a distance of 342.48 feet to the
true point of beginning of this description.
To have and to hold the above-described and dedicated rights unto the Public
for uses and purposes hereinabove stated.
The grantor(s) hereby covenants that they are the owner(s) in fee simple and
have good and legal right to grant their rights above-described.
