KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Washington County;-a political
subdivision of the State of Oregon, hereinafter called the grantor, being lawfully
seized in fee simple of the following described premises, does hereby dedicate to
the use of the public as a public way forever, that certain real property situated
in the County of Washington and State of Oregon, shown on the attached Exhibit "A"
and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
PARCEL I
That portion of the following described tract of land lying Easterly of
a line which is parallel with and 30.00 feet Westerly from when measured
at right angles to the centerline of County Road No. 922 (S.W. 72nd Avenue) ,
to-wit:
Lot 10, Council View Acres (No. 1) ; and Lots 32 and 33, Council View Acres
(No. 2) , and that portion of an unnamed dedicated street lying between said
Lots 32 and 33 that was vacated September 12, 1972 (Vacation No,. 121) by
Resolution and Order No. 72-203 and recorded in Book 888, Page 463, Washington
County Book of Records, that would pass by a conveyance of said Lots 32 and
33, Council View Acres (No. 2) , situated in the Northeast quarter of Section
13, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, Washington
County, Oregon.
Basis of Bearing: Survey No. 19,127, Washington County Survey Records.
PARCEL II
A portion of that tract of land situated in the Northeast quarter of Section
13, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, Washington
County, Oregon, conveyed to Washington County by Deed recorded in Book 128,
Page 34, Washington County Deed Records, said portion being more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a 3/4 inch iron pipe with a Washington County cap shown as being
set at the Northwesterly corner of that 15.85 Acre tract on contract to
Pacific Realty Trust, recorded at Document No. 80-40979, Washington County
Book of Records, and shown on Survey No. 19,127; said beginning point is on
the southerly line of County Road No. 534 (S.W. Upper Boones Ferry Road);
thence S 49°19'56"W, along the southerly right-of-way line of S.W. Upper
Boones Ferry Road 65.83 feet to a point on the West line of the above-stated
Washington County tract; thence S 00°05'05"E, along the said Westerly line
a' 108.35 feet to a point; thence N 89°54'55"E, 50.00 feet to the West line of
the said Pacific Realty Trust tract; thence N 00°05'05"W, along the said
• West line of Pacific Realty Trust tract, more or less to the point of beginning.
Basis of Bearing: Survey No. 19,127, Washington County Survey Records,
The consideration for this grant is none.
To Have and to Hold, the above described and granted premises for the
purposes herein before set forth unto the public forever.
