W.M. , the City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, more particularly
described as follows:
Parcel 1 being that portion of the tract of land described in Fee No.
80-023747 (Contract) of the Washington County, Oregon, Records (T.L. 400,
& T.L. 403, Map 2S-1-12A) which falls between a centerline and a line
30 feet westerly at right angles and parallel to said centerline,
said centerline being described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is N 89040'44" E, 20.00 feet from an
iron pipe with a brass cap inside at the recognized 1/16th,corner
noted as Point "P" on County Survey No. 13,247; thence N Ou16156" W,
2627.25 feet to a point that is N 89'43'04" E, 20.00 feet from a
stone at the recognized N.W. corner of the East 1/2 of the N.E.

Partial Release of Buyer's Security Assignment
of Land Sale Contract

Know all men by these presents: That United States National
Bank of Orgeon, a National Banking Association, for valuable con-
sideration to it paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby release and discharge the premises hereinafter
particularly described from the lien of a certain Buyer's Security
Assignment of Land Sale Contract dated June 23, 1980, executed by
Richard G. and Bette Lee Pike(Assignors) to United States National
Bank of Oregon(Assignee) , and recorded on July 29, 1980 in the
records of Washington County, Oregon under fee number 80-25822.
The property to be released is more completely described per
attached Exhibit "A".
It is expressly understood and agreed that this release does
not affect or impair the security of the above mentioned Buyer's
Security Assignment of Land Sale Contract upon any portion of
any premises except for the property hereinafter particularly
described.
In witness whereof, the undersigned is duly authorized to execute
