Attached are the Street Dedications from Pacific Realty Trust
relating to the 72nd Avenue Project. It is my understanding that
these have been approved by the Council and should therefore be
accepted and executed by same.
We have noted in comparing the Vacation Resolution (82-70) which
we prepared and the Vacation Ordinance (83-55) , that Items 4 and
5 of the Resolution were omitted from the Ordinance. I believe
that we can administratively accommodate Item 5. I believe Item 4
can be accomplished by execution of the proper Utility Easement from
PacTrust to the City which would be recorded simultaneously with
the Vacation and the Street Dedications.
Assuming you agree, we are preparing such a Utility Easement and
will have it executed by PacTrust.
