(Right-of-way Dedication to City of Tigard along SW 68th Parkway)
"A strip of land 5.00 feet in width along the westerly edge of Parcel 2, Partition Plat
No. 2000-025 as recorded in Washington County Records, said land being situated in the
Southeast one-quarter of Section 36, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette
Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon", more particularly described as:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the aforesaid Parcel 2, Partition Plat No. 2000-
025, said point being marked by a brass screw and washer;
Thence along the right-of-way of SW 68th Parkway on a 340.00 foot radius curve to
the right having a central angle of 37°02'56" (the chord of which bears North 16°53'06"
West 216.04 feet) a distance of 219.85 feet to a point of tangency;
Thence North 01°39'56" East along said right-of-way, a distance of 121.45 feet to the
Northwest corner thereof;
Thence leaving said right-of-way North 61°33'49"East along the North line of
aforesaid Parcel 2, a distance of 5.78 feet;
Thence South 01°39'56" West 124.35 feet to a point of curvature;
Thence along the arc of a 335.00 foot radius curve to the left having a central angle of
37°41'59" (the chord of which bears South 17°12'37" East 216.47 feet) a distance of
220.42 feet to a point on the South line of said Parcel 2;
Thence North 88°15'33" West along said South line, a distance of 6.30 feet to the
