STREET DEDICATION
Property description for portion of street to be dedicated to the Public by
Lamb Weston, Inc. located more particularly as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of S.W. 68th Avenue with the
South right-of-way boundary line of 30 foot wide q.w. Irving Street (vacated) in
Section 1, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, of the Willamette Meridian, in the
City of Tigard, Oregon, said intersection being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence from said TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING South 89°34'15" West a distance of
40.00 feet along the south boundary of said Irving Street; thence North 0°25'45"
West a distance of 30.00 feet to the southwest corner of the existing right-of-way
of S.W. 68th Avenue; thence North 89°34'15" East a distance of 80.00 feet along
the South right-of-way line of S.W. 68th Avenue to the southeast corner of the
existing right-of-way of S.W. 68th Avenue; thence South 0°25'45" East a distance
