A parcel of land being a portion of Lot 9, Block 4, West Portland Heights, a subdivision of record in
the southeast one-quarter of Section 36, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian,
City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon; being a portion of that property in deed to Richard
Hartung and Timothy J. Leslie described in Deed Document No.2002-095753, said parcel being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of SW 67th Avenue and the centerline of SW
