CORRECTION DEED OF DEDICATION
WHEREAS, by Deed of Dedication heretofore recorded in Book
516 at Page 211, Deed Records, the undersigned grantor sought to
dedicate to the public an area for the purposes hereinafter stated,
and the description contained therein was erroneously stated; and
WHEREAS, by subsequent instrument dated the 10th day of
July , 1964, it was sought to correct the description
of the area to be thus dedicated, said correction instrument being
recorded in Book 513 , at Page 103 , Deed Records, and said
description again was erroneously stated, and it is intended here-
by to restate and correct the description with respect to both of
the foregoing recorded instruments;
NOW, THEREFORE, ,
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That TIGARD COMMUNITY
METHODIST CHURCH, a non-profit corporation of the State of Oregon,
acting by and through its duly authorized, undersigned Board of
Trustees, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar and other valuable consideration including the benefits to
be derived hereunder by Grantor, does hereby GIVE, GRANT AND
DEDICATE TO THE PUBLIC, for street, road and utility purposes, for
public use forever, the following described real property in the
County of Washington and State of Oregon, to-wit:
A strip of land fifty feet wide lying along both sides of
and within twenty-five feet when measured at right angles
of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point on the line common to the Hicklin
and Richardson Donation Land Claims Southwesterly 7.5 feet
when measured at right angles from the lot line common to
Lots B and C of the Plat of Lots being a subdivision of
Lot 2 and part of Lot 1, FREWING ORCHARD TRACTS, in Section
2, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian,
Washington County, Oregon, as filed on the 4th day of
August, 1915, in the office of the Recorder of Conveyances;
thence Southeasterly along a line parallel to and 7.5 feet
from the line common to said Lots B and C and the same
extended to a point 75 feet Southeasterly of the South-
easterly line of said Lot C; thence Northeasterly to a
point on the easterly line of Lot F said subdivision 50 feet
Southeasterly from the Northwesterly corner of that certain
tract contracted to be conveyed to James Willock et ux by
Mary Jo Elliott et al as described in contract of record in
Book 483, page 115 , Washington County, Oregon, Deed Records;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion thereof lying within the
boundaries of S.W. Pacific Highway (#99W) and that portion
thereof as previously dedicated within the boundaries of
Lot B of said subdivision.

AN ORDINANCE MINDING Ordinance No. 64-7, TO CORRECT TRE
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF AN AREA PREVOUSLY DEDICATED FOR PUBLIC ROAD
PURPOSES BY THE TICARD COMMUNITY METHOD/ST CHURCH IN Lot 2 and
part of Lot 1, Frewing Orchard Tracts, Sec. 2, T2S, RIW, W.M.,
Tigard, Washington County, Oregon.
WHEREAS ORDINANCE No. 64-7 duly and regularly enacted by
the City Council of Tigard, Oregon outlay 25, 1964 and recorded in
Book 516, pages 319 to 322, inclusive, Wathington County, Oregon
teed Records, in Section 1 thereof provided for the vacating of a
portion of a dedicated street within the subdivision of Lot 2 and
part of Lot 1, Frewing Orchard Tracts, and in Section 2 thereof,
as a condition for the vacating of such portion of said street,
required the Tigard Community Methodist Church to dedicate certain
lands in lieu thereof; and
WHEREAS, the description contained in Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 64-7 with respect to the area to be vacated is erroneous 4nd
the description contained in Section 2 with respect to the lieu
lands to be dedicated is likewise erroneously stated and it is de-
aired by this ordinance to correct the said descriptions in accord-
ance with Sections 1 and 2 as hereinafter stated,
NOV, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 11 That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 64-7 be, and the same
is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"That the following described portion of a dedicated street
located within the subdivision of Lot 2 and part of Lot 1,
Frewing Orchard Tracts, be and the same is hereby, vacated
and the rights of the public therein and thereto be and the
same are hereby annulled and held for naught:
All that portion of a dedicated street within the
subdivision of Lot 2 and part of Lot 1, Frewing
Orchard Tracts, in the City of Tigard, located
Southeasterly of, along and within 17.5 feet of
the Northwesterly lines of Lots "G" and "H", and
lying along and North-westerly of and within 17.5
feet of the Southeasterly lines of Lots "E" and "F"
in said subdivision and extending from the North-
easterly lines of said Lots "F" and "G" to the
Northeasterly line of Lots "D" and' ", said sub-
division;
ALSO; that portion of a dedicated street being a
prolongation cf S. W. Walnut Place occurring along
and within 17.5 feet of the boundary common to
