A ten foot wide strip of land, the south line of which lies parallel with and
20 feet north of the centerline of SW Walnut Street' said ten foot strip also
being described as the most southerly ten feet of the following described
parcel;
A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of Section 2, T2S, R1W, W.M. ,
Washington County, Oregon, in the City of Tigard more particularly described
as follows :
Beginning at the initial point of the plat of "Walnut Acres" a duly recorded
plat filed in Washington County Plat Records Book 23, page 6, thence
S57 52 10E along the North line of Lot 4 of the plat of "North Tigardville
Addition" (amended plat) a duly recorded plat file in Washington County Plat
