20 feet north of the centerline of SW Walnut Street, said ten foot strip also
being described as the most southerly ten feet of the following described
parcel :
A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of Section 2, T25, R1W, W.M. ,
Washington County, Oregon, in the City of Tigard more particularly described
as follows :
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 4 of the plat of "North Tigardoille
Addition" (amended Plat) a duly recorded plat filed in Washington County Plat
Records Book 2^ page 35 marked by an iron pipe; thence S40-33-43W along the
East line of said Lot 4 a distance of 210.3 feet to the true point of
beginning of this description; thence S40-33-43W continuing along said East
line a distance of 215. 5 feet to a point in the North right-of-way of Walnut
