FANNO POINTE CONDOMINIUM OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, an Oregon corporation, does
hereby dedicate to the public a perpetual right-of-way for access on, over, across, under, along and
within the following described real property in Washington County, Oregon:
See Attached Exhibit"A"
Attached as Exhibit"B" is a map showing the location of the Property.
To have and to hold the above-described and dedicated rights unto the public forever for uses and
purposes hereinabove stated.
The grantors hereby covenant that they are the owner in fee simple and the property is free of all
liens and encumbrances,they have good and legal right to grant their right above-described,and they
will pay all taxes and assessments due and owing on the property.
The true consideration for this conveyance consists of or includes other property or value given or
promised which is the whole consideration.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS

A tract of land for Right-of-Way dedication, variable in width, situated in the Southwest one-
quarter of Section 1, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, City of
Tigard, Washington County, Oregon and lying within the boundaries of FANNO POINT
CONDOMINIUM which plat is recorded in Washington County Document 2003-178861, the
boundaries of said dedication are described as follows:
Beginning at a 5/8" iron rod with plastic cap inscribed DEHAAS & ASSICIATES INC., set by
Washington County Survey Number 29031 to monument the Southeast Corner of Lot 1,
EDGEWOOD, a subdivision recorded in Washington County, Oregon, in Plat Book 2, Page 73;
thence North 87°39'27" West, coincident with South line of said Lot 1, a distance of 510.70 feet;
thence leaving said South line, South 15°41'48"East 9.25 East to the point of curve of a 50.00
foot radius curve left; thence southeasterly 17.98 feet along the arc of said curve, through a
central angle of 20°36'30" (the long chord bears South 26°00'03" East 17.89 feet) to the point of
