County Plat Records; being in the southeast quarter of Section 3,Township 2 South, Range 1 West,Willamette
Meridian, City of Tigard,Washington County Oregon. Said tract being described by metes and bounds as

Beginning at the intersection of the north right-of-way line of SW Gaarde Street(30 feet from existing center
