Bargain and Sale Deed recorded September 26, 2001 as Document No. 2001097468,
Washington County Deed Records, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 1 South,
Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, County of Washington and
State of Oregon, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 9, Block 8, West Portland Heights, a duly
recorded subdivision in Washington County, said point being on the Easterly right of way
line of SW 68th Parkway, 30.00 feet from the centerline thereof; thence along the North
line of said Lot 9 North 89°59'37" East, 5.00 feet; thence parallel with and 35.00 feet
