7. RESOLUTION No. 79-56 A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY ACCOUNTS
TO EXPENDITURES ACCOUNTS FOR. CAPITAL OUTLAY ITEMS.
(a) City Administrator noted that due to the growth of the City, additional
files were needed for the increased paper load.
(b) Motion by Councilman Brian, seconded by Councilman Cook to approve transfers
as noted.
Approved by unanimous vote of Council.
8. RESOLUTION No. 79-57 RESOLUTION RECORDING THE DESIRE OF THE CITY OF TIGARD TO
ACQUIRE JURISDICTION OF A PART OF S.W. 121ST AVENUE NOW
WITHIN THE CITY OF TIGARD, NOW UNDER JURISDICTION OF
WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON.
(a) City Administrator stated this area was just annexed into the City and
recommended Council request jurisdiction from Washington County.
(b) Motion by Councilwoman Stimler, seconded by Councilman Cook to approve.
Approved by unanimous vote of Council.
9. ACCEPT STREET DEDICATION - S.W. Summercrest Drive - William & Jane Halvorson
(a) City Administrator stated this was a condition stipulated by Planning
Commission and recommended approval.
(b) Motion by Councilwoman Stimler, seconded by Councilman Brian to accept.
Approved by unanimous vote of Council.
10. APPROVE STORM SEWER EASEMENT - Culver - Gortmaker - S.W. Gaarde Street
(a) City Administrator requested Council accept storm sewer easement.
(b) Motion by Councilwoman Stimler, seconded by Councilman Scheckla to accept.
Approved by unanimous vote of Council.
11. APPROVE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT - Glaubke - S.W. 113th Avenue
(a) City Administrator recommended Council approve sanitary sewer easement.
(b) Motion by Councilman Cook, seconded by Councilman Brian to approve.
Approved by unanimous vote of Council.
