A. Anderson SUBJECT : Rededication by Vermilye and Doherty - Kingston Subdivision DATE : June 29, 1972 I enclose with the request that same be submitted to the Planning Commission for approval the deed from Doherty and Vermilye to the public substituting area in the plat of Kingston with respect to which a vacation proceeding was processed by the City Council some time ago. If you will have the Planning Commission Chairman approve the deed in the space provided and return it to me, I will cause to have it recorded. For the record, I further state that I have discussed the matter with Lou Larson, Assistant County Counsel, who indicates that in order to remove any question concerning the jurisdictional aspects of this matter, the county court will also conduct vacation proceedings .
