KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Robert R. Newbill and
Lota M. Newbill do hereby dedicate to the Public a perpetual right-
of-way for street, road and utility purposes on, over, across,
under, along and within the following described real property in
Washington County, Oregon:
See attached Exhibit "A" incorporated by reference and made
part of this document.
To have and to hold the above-described and dedicated rights
unto the Public forever for uses and purposes hereinabove stated.
The Grantors hereby covenant that they are the owners in fee
simple and the property is free of all liens and encumbrances, they
have good and legal right to grant the rights above-described, and
will pay all taxes and assessments due and owing on the property.

Beginning at an iron rod of the West line of the George

Northwest corner of said claim and running thence along
the West line of said claim, South 0°11 ' West 200 feet

975) ; thence along the North line of said road, South
