EXHIBIT A
A tract of land in the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 2 South,
Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, in the City of Tigard, Washington County,
Oregon.
Beginning at the Northerly Northwest corner of the land conveyed to Robert T. Cooper,
et al, by deed recorded June 8, 1965, in Book 556, Page 17, which point is described
therein as being South 30 feet and West 115 feet and South 89°57' West 55.0 feet from
the Northeast corner of said Section 10; thence South 00°39' West, parallel to the East
line of said Section 10 and along a Westerly line of said Cooper tract, 205.00 feet to the
North line of that tract of land conveyed to Pacific Care Centers by deed recorded April
22, 1976, in Book 1080, Page 615; thence Westerly, along said North line, a distance of
5 feet, more or less, to a re-entrant corner on the West line of that tract of land conveyed
to Edwards Industries by deed recorded November 15, 1966, Book 622, Page 83;
thence Northerly along said Westerly line to the Northerly Northwest corner of said tract,
being a point on the South line of S.W. McDonald Street; thence along the most
Northerly North line of said Edwards Industries tract to the Northeast corner thereof and
the true point of beginning.
