A tract of land situated in the Southeast one-quarter of Section 3, Township 2 South,
Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon
described as follows:
Commencing at the Section Corner between Sections 2, 3, 10 & 11 Township 2
South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian; thence N 2° 10' 28"E along the line
between Sections 2 and 3, a distance of 30.00 feet to the northerly right-of-way of
SW McDonald street and the south east corner of the land described in Document
No. 2003-024960 of the Washington County Deed Records and The True point
of Beginning; thence N 88° 24'22"W a distance of 326.36 feet to the easterly
line of the exception from Document No. 2003-024960; thence N 2° 10' 28"E,
