PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A tract of land containing 801 square feet, more or less, located in the southeast one-quarter of Section
3, Township Two South, Range One West, Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, County of Washington,
State of Oregon, being more particularly described as follows:
Beguuung at a brass cap in a monument box marking the southeast quarter corner of said
Section 3 as shown on Washington County Surveyor Survey #8,270 and #22,435; thence
following the south line of said Section 3 (also being the centerline of S.W. McDonald Road)
North 89° 53' 58" West a distance of 327.29 (326.36 feet record per Survey #8,270); thence
North 00° 41' 01" East a distance of 30.00 feet to the southeast corner of the L.P. Busch, Inc.
