A portion of that certain tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township
2 South, Range 1 West, W.M. , City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, Described in
that certain deed to Arvilla M. O'Farrell and Recorded in Book 1136 Page 116 Deed
Records of Washington County, Oregon, said portion being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly Line of County Road No. 567 (S.W.
O'Mara Street) with the Easterly Line of County Road No. 567, said intersection
point being South 410 52' 38" East 27.88 feet from Angle Point #3 of said County
Road No. 567; thence on the Easterly Line of said County Road No. 567 South 030
57' 31" West 29.14 feet; thence South 860 02' 29" East 5.00 feet to the beginning
of a 25.00 foot radius curve concave to the southeast. thence Northeasterly 38.54
feet along said curve through a central angle of 880 19' 43" (the long chord of
which bears North 480 07' 22" East 34.84 feet) to its point of tangency with
line 25.00 feet from and parallel to the Centerline (when measured at Right Angles)
of said County Road No. 567; thence North 020 17' 14" East 5.00 feet to the South
Line of said County Road No. 567; thence on said South Line North 870 42' 46"
West 29.14 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 392.36 square feet.
