Description of a parcel of land situated in the Northeast one-
quarter of Section 35, Township 1 South, Range 1 West , Willamette
Meridian , City of Tigard , County of Washington and State of
Oregon , 10.00 feet in width , for street right of way purposes,
being a part of Lots 7 and 8, "Ashbrook Farm" , a recorded plat,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of the West 100.00 feet of
Lot 7, aforesaid, said point also being the Northeast corner of
that certain 10.00 foot wide parcel of land heretofore dedicated
for street right of way purposes as described in Washington
County Recorder 's Fee No. 84-42437; thence North 89°34 ' 11" East
parallel to and 30. 00 feet (when measured at right angles) North-
erly from the centerline of S.W. Oak Street, 425.00 feet to a
