Tigard, Washington County, Oregon. Said strip being also located in the David
C. Graham D.L.C. No. 52 and being more particularly described as follows:
The southerly 25 feet of the following described tract of land:
Beginning in t'ie south line of the D. Graham D.L.C. in Sec. 35 Twp. 1 South
Range 1 West of W.M. 18.16 chains East of the S.W. corner of said claim, 15 ft.
south of the S.E. corner of land conveyed by Ward C. Smith and Ruth Carter Smith
to Edman Routt and Carrie E. Routt, husband and wife, by deed recorded in book
107, page 530 Deed records of said county; thence north along the east line of
said Routt tract 540.82 ft. to the south line of the right of way of the Oregon
